Robot Export

Has anyone had any issues exporting a robot type character with animations through DTS. Specifically where there is no solid character mesh, so basically a character made up of individual non-connected objects?

Yes, I know.. I could do a simple test.. But would like some input if others have had issues, also any issues in XSI.

@Randy: Yes. I have a version of the "BoomBot" that I have exported from Softimage XSI fully animated. It is made of individual mesh objects that are attached to a skeleton. Looks like this:

All of the characters for Tribes 2 were done the same way. They were all pretty much segmented meshes that were made as the children of the biped bones and exported.

We did the same thing with Lore Aftermath as well for all the mechs.
