HDRL Nvidia 260GTX bug

I couldn't help but wonder why a card with a 4.0 pixel shader model would have problems with High Dynamic Range Lighting. When I enable High Dynamic Range Lighting on my sgSun and on my options dialog i get a random texture stretched across the screen and distorted beyond recognition. My card is definitely HDRL compatable so I am stuck on this one. This is in TGEA 1.8.1 by the way.
