TX Platformer Kit 3.1 not working with C# Express 2008?!

I can't get it to work!
It cannot create a new project from templates. From the error message it looks like the project type is not supported in C# Express 2008.
I also have vs studio 2008 pro edition installed and my vista is 64 bit.
Help help help! :)

Should be pretty self explanatory after that.

In VS Express, in your solution explorer, right click on "Solution 'PlatformerStarterGame1'" (or whatever you named your solution) and click "Upgrade Solution"Should be pretty self explanatory after that.

Ok that's fine and all but what if you only have the installer for the platformer starter kit in 3.1, i haven't seen an option to download 3.0, so how does one get their hands on version 3.0 of the platformer starter kit?
