Torque 3d Beta NDA

Can someone point me to the location of the NDA that I assume goes with Torque 3d Beta? I have only found one thread which references it but does not provide a link or a file location. I would like to know what restrictions exist as far as hosting video and images only, and who is entitled to view the images?

There is no NDA, just the EULA, which is installed to the products main folder. You are free to post things like screenshots, impressions, videos, etc. Just don't distribute the source code or otherwise break the EULA.

We don't have an NDA, just a EULA.pdf (which is in the install directory of each beta). We are okay (and in fact encourage you) to share any videos and images of your Torque 3D project on the great interwebs. We can't get better word of mouth than people talking about their Torque 3D projects, and, of course, we want to show off cool games made with our tech, even if it's still in beta.

What we don't want you sharing is source code, and we ask you to restrict source code posts to this forum area.
