"This file has been modified outside of Torsion"

I install Torsion a few days ago, and yes it's great! However, I made a mistake and opened a file in JEdit because that is what I used to use. Ever since I did that, I am constantly getting the following message from Torsion:
C:\Torque\Torque 3d 2009 Beta 2\Genre kits\FPS Genre Kit\game\scripts\server\banlist.cs
this file has been modified out of Torsion.
Do you want to reload it?
No matter what I say, yes, yes to all , no, or no to all, I can't seem to get this message to not appear every time I use Torsion now. Specifically, it happens when I close T3D with Torsion open.
I have opened edited and saved this file inside of Torsion in hope of clearing this error, but that didn't work.
Can anyone offer me any suggestions?

it sounds like something may be a little messed up to me.

Did you try closing it in JEdit? I think JEdit creates hidden files for opened files (~bla.cs or something) - maybe try setting your explorer to show hidden files and try to delete that if closing in JEdit doesn't help (maybe try open and close in JEdit again). And check out the new TIDE for JEdit ;)

Perhaps I didn't make it clear what I meant.
As long as a file is opened in torsion for editing and another program alters it you get the warning.
Take a look at this pic.

As you can see weapon.cs is "opened" in torsion.
If any program alters that file while torsion is running you get the warning described above.
There are a number of files torque will alter or entirely rewrite every time it is run and I am pretty sure banlist.cs is one.
So if you have something like pref.cs, that is altered by torque every time it runs , opened in torsion when you exit torque and return to torsion you get the warning.

Oh, it's banlist.cs, yeah, that should be rewritten by Torque every time you start... so nothing wrong with Torsion :)

Perhaps the file got flagged in some way....
However, it appears Bill was right, although I don't exactly understand why :). I opened and "closed" the file in Torsion....not saved, closed. This appears to have solved the problem.
Thanks for the help, guys!

I am pretty sure that I did not have banlist.cs opened in Torsion when I exited Torque (except for perhaps the first time when the problem started).Perhaps the file got flagged in some way....

This is normal behavior.
To suppress it simple close the file from within Torsion.
