Animations disappearing

Hi,
When I open up a PSK project in TGBX for the first time, the animations are all blank. Then, when I try to run the project in the debugger, the main dragon is missing (no animations) and the program crashes when I try to move, due to one of the animation frames being null. How do I get the TGBX to load and properly save the PSK animations?
EDIT : I forgot to mention the versions. I'm using TorqueX 3.0, and PSK 2.0. I used the "Create project in VC# 2005 then upgrade to VC#2008" method to get TorqueX 3.0 and PSK 2.0 working together.
