Material Editor Window Scrollbar Issue:FIXED

Considered fixed: see below for details
On smaller resolutions the bottom of the Materials Editor (Transparency and then Reflection mode) is unreachable on anything smaller than a windowed x768, due to the vertical scrollbar not going all the way down the pane. As the pane is bigger than the overall window on a smaller resolution, it can't be dragged up and repositioned to reach the bottom of the Materials Editor. So if the max monitor res is just 1024x768, windowed, the bottom functions would never be attainable.
An overall vertical scroll bar on the Materials Editor would solve this.
My monitor is x1050 max res, but I usually work at x768 fullscreen as it's easier to see type, hence why I noticed this

Ahhh ... Didn't realise that you could resize from the top. I had a "mono-mania" with vertical resizing from only the bottom right ... which I couldn't reach. This is what 5am working/bug posting does!Okay, issue considered sorted then. to bed!
