Torque X Builder 3D Asking for Serial Number

I bought Torque X 3D. Whenever I start the TXB3D it tells me I need to register with a proper serial number and have some number of days left of functionality.
Will purchasers of Torque X 3D get keys for TXB3D, or will we have to pay more for this tool at some point before the evaluation time runs out?

I added a CC membership key to your account. You can use that until a new build is released without the key.

I have the same problem. I bought Torque X elsewhere. Now it tells me I need a valid key. Do I have to buy it again.
