exporting to dif

Hi can anyone help me out with this. I'm getting this one error when I try to export my scene from constuctor to a Dif

Error > 256 surfaces on an interior hull

You probably have inter-penetrating or touching Structural brushes. Structural brushes cause other brushes to be split into many different pieces when they touch or pass-through another. Cleaning up all penetrating brushes is the first step that needs to be done. Use Structural brushes to create and seal the main structure itself. Using Detail brushes when necessary will also help.

There's an excellent article that explains this error on the TDN Network in much greater detail and gives a better explanation of how to overcome it.
