Turret Heirarchy?

How should my turret heirarchy look? I've tried to figure it out based on the description in the turret resource by Paul Dana but I guess I'm just not doing something correct because everytime I try to load up a game with my own turret it just dies. Here is what my heirarchy looks like. I've tried all sorts of silly configurations and even tried editing the scripts so that they wouldn't look for the activate animation, but it always just dies. Any ideas?

I just loaded it up in Showtool, and the only thing I see is the nodes. The nodes look like they have exported correctly, but the model just doesn't appear to be there.
Would this topic perhaps be better in the Artist forum?

I don't think its the scale, I checked by importing another model I made that I know is of proper scale, and my turret isn't much larger than a character.I just loaded it up in Showtool, and the only thing I see is the nodes. Yes, it could be... and sorry I'm new and don't have experience with nodes yet

Thanks anyways Erick, hopefully someone that knows what the proper heirarchy should look like for the turrets comes along and points me in the right direction.

But now I know when something isn't working that really seems like it should, double check spelling of every single little thing extremely carefully.

Just figured it out. Stupid silly mistake. The above heirarchy is a little off, but the main issue that finally solved the problem for me was I named the detail node wrong. I have it as detail-1 when it should just be detail1 without the dash in there. That silly little thing has caused me close to 6 hours of trouble trying to get this figured out.But now I know when something isn't working that really seems like it should, double check spelling of every single little thing extremely carefully.
