Constructor Export Problem

hey,
I'm having problems exporting an interior I've spent quite a lot of time creating (using Constructor 1.0.3). If I use file>export as dif..., the interior exports fine but some faces are not visible when I open the file in Torque. I tried using file>export>torque game engine(map2dif plus) and the export crashes when it says Lightmap: Normals.
I can't understand where the problem lies. I checked other posts on this subject and I've made sure there are no concave faces. Also other shapes export fine using map2dif plus. I even deleted all brushes from the scene and created a new cube and that also exported fine. Saving it as a map file and then exporting didn't help either. I opened the map file saved from constructor in QuArk and it says "error opening map file. check console". (I tried but couldn't find a way to check the console)
Based on this I'm guessing there's something wrong with the geometry. There are actually quite a lot of "double faces" created when I used CSG subtract. Is that the problem? (The double faces are NOT the ones that do not show in Torque).
Any help would be appreciated

What David said, plus you might also have to adjust the (System -> Preferences) HSR settings: on/off, epsilon values, etc.
