Quickly unsubscribing

I just went through and uncheched the notification box on a bunch of threads that have slipped into obscurity, and to which I realised I probably wouldn't be getting any more replies. It was quite a nuisance to have to go to each thread, uncheck the box, and go back to my watched threads to repeat the process. Would it be beneficial to others to have a quick ubsubscribe link by each watched topic in the forum overview page?

    Perhaps a settings page to customize our notification settings.
    I would like the option to automatically receive notifications for all threads I start, or have posted to (something similar to VBulletin or phpBB)
    Also on my wish list is an RSS feed of new forum posts.

    daniel, i'm curious - why do you want to stop watching these inactive threads ? is it because you want to have a small Watched Threads list ?
    sort of like a bookmark list ?

    In my case, is both.

    I really like to have my watched list under control, so a prune from time to time is necessary.

    But! A Bookmark list would be very intersting.
