TGB in freshman or sophomore level courses?

Is TGB used anywhere as a primary tool in a 100-200 level college course?
I find TGB on some syllabi, along with other tools, or used in a lab, but I haven't found a course where it is the primary tool. I have seen the GG web page that lists schools using GG tools, but it doesn't address this specific "TGB in a course" question.
Links to syllabi would be greatly appreciated.
I like using Torsion/TGB and am considering them for a 2D Game Scripting course. I have some language, variable checking, documentation, and bug concerns ... as discussed in this 2005 thread:

This would be the first programming course for some students.
What other 2D tools are being used at community colleges?
(I posted a similar thread in the academic forum ... no responses yet)
