This was art done by Ash who passed away a few weeks ago. I think she meant it to be used by anyone interested. Feel free to use it in your projects.

It's hard to find out this way when I had a closer friendship with her. I didn't see any mention of a funeral or obituary or anything... You must be going through some very confusing emotions right now. May God grant you peace. I'm so sorry for your loss. We all lost a good friend and talented developer when we lost her to this world, I am only sad I never got to meet her in person this side of Heaven.
May Peace and Comfort surround you.

Does this mean the kit, and source code are available for public consumption ?
Can I make available T3D converted portions of the code as resources ?
(I have converted portions of this to T3D - some of the GUI gauage controls)
Thanks

From what Brad (Ashley's husband) stated, I believe you can. Ash wanted everyone to enjoy this kit.

Brad if you're still visiting these boards can you give an ex-Lilburn resident (tried getting your email and noticed you reside in Lilburn - I spent my high school days down there at Berkmar HS) confirmation on whether its okay to release to the T3D MIT community derivative works based on what now appears to be publicly available CSK code ?
Thanks !
