Spawning Question

I've had TGE since early July, and I've played around with it some. But I stopped for a while. Now since I've started developing again, I found a resource for the starter fps game. It allows you to add the buggy from the racing kit. I added all the scripts, but I don't know how to make it spawn in the game. Can anyone help me with that?
