No TargetObject available under spawn point behavior

I have been going through the psk tutorial and everything is working as planned until I get to this part:
Add the "Spawn Point" behaviour to the sprite.
-- Change the "TargetObject" field to "DragonTemplate". --
I'm not sure if this is a correct step since the steps are not added in the psk tutorial, but I selected DragonTemplate in the Config Datablock and typed in PlayerClass in the class window. And then I reload project. Once I do this the 3 behaviours are add to the Player.
There is still no options for target object with or without setting up a datablock and set class "playerclass"
Any ideas? Thanks
