I was thinking.. What about a Explode Tool.. that creates a choose of cutting tools.. like a X or a Diamond maybe with picking how many points,2,3,4.. and so forth.. and then you place the tool and bam instant slice.. allowing for destroyed buildings to be created in a instant debri creation. or a crack creator, that creates a jaged series of cuts into a object.
