Polysoup problem(may have resolved the issue)

Okay I managed to sort of get polysoup working with tge+afx 1.0.2. My problem is the polysoup collision isn't staying active. Yes thats not to descriptive so let me explain. I start up the tge and drop a object in, this object has no collision mesh's so I select polysoup in the properties list using inspector the collision works. This is where the problem starts. Upon saving the mission and closing the application and coming back the object no longer has collision, but if I go into inspector again and select the object it starts working based off the settings it already has. Im at wits end at this point, not being a coder makes this alot harder then it should be and any help would be greatly appreciated.
