NVidia 181.22 conflict

SYSTEM SPECS:
XP Pro v2002 SP3
P4 1.5 (socket 400 series...lol )
NVidia GeForce 7600 GS 512 video ram
2 gig Ram

problems with NVidia WHQL 181.22

SYMPTOM:
Goes from grey screen at start up to
pink screen for a canvas.
Also killed Max7 display as well.

Rollback to previous driver and viola
I can now play too.

As note antique mother board required several mods
to support cards above 256 meg video ram,issue maybe related,
and will soon be resolved as system is fast tracked for
replacement.
