Download won't work

I bought Orbz at about 2am and since then have not been able to download it. I get an error saying
"File not found on remote host"
"550 orbz_1_100.exe: No such file or directory"
I've emailed GarageGames customer support, but so far have heard nothing.

Will, I also have a note into Rick at GG. We'll get to the bottom of it - sorry for the trouble.Justin Mette

I did hear from Rick and he is looking into the issue. In the meantime, can you double check for us that the link is not working and that the reported filename is accurate?
Also, can you tell us what browser you are using when trying to download the file?
Thanks,
Justin

I just noticed that the filename seems incorrect. It should be orbz_1_00.exe. I did hear from Rick and he is looking into the issue. In the meantime, can you double check for us that the link is not working and that the reported filename is accurate?
Also, can you tell us what browser you are using when trying to download the file?

Funny thing. I tried again at about 9:10am this morning and it didn't work. Then I tried a few minutes later just to make sure and it did. Weird.Anyway, I have it now and it's great. Thanks!

Orbz was unable to find a compatible display driver. Check your video card vendor to see if updated device drivers are available. Any thoughts on this, anyone???? Also Iused realarcades help site "live chat" twice and no one was able to rectify the situation, so they gave me a credit back and I have since uninstalled it. My son really wants to play it, though. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
Thanks, Candi

hello, I'm sorry I don't have a reply but a similar problem. I purchased ORBZ from realarcade; Before our harddrive went, the game worked. Once it was fixed by a computer tech, I re-downloaded the game for my son; but when I clicked the icon, this is the exact message I received:Orbz was unable to find a compatible display driver.
