Can't activate Torsion

I recently re-installed my system, and I wanna re-install Torsion

I used the key I had before (should I put it here?) but it doesn't activate.. I know I registered the product before

I'm having the same problem with my key.
It asks for the key every time I start Torsion. But then when I go under 'help>'About Torsion' it says 'Regisered'

When I input the key I get an internal server error.

I may have spoken too soon... it still doesn't want to take the key - it says "The key was not valid, please check it and try again"...
also, the new key looks a lot like the old key - maybe it didn't post correctly to my products page?
any help would be welcome...

Make sure you're using the one dated 2011. There are two keys on your account.

Strange case here - Torsion suddenly began asking for the key on Friday, after it had been installed for months/years on this computer. The keys I have don't work (either the commercial or indie ones).
