Are you doing multiple installs of it? You should be able to install it up to three times without the key expiring.

Seems to still be working fine after adding the spaces.

Although, it seems to make me wanna reactivate the product every 1-2 months, might be longer. Maybe that's the problem? If there is code from the beta testing in there that could be it?

#50 Strange. It shouldn't be unregistering itself; or checking again at a later date once registered.

If it is the case the activation limit of three can go fast. :/

#52 Are you saying that one key is only valid for up to 3 installations? Then, in that case, after 3 installations, I shouldn't be able to install on another computer, right? But my case is about the same as XD, the product that has been installed successfully, suddenly asked for product key after 2 or 3 months usage...

#53 Yes. If you contact us with need to install it again, we will add another key to your account (this is common when people bought it years ago and upgrade across their different machines).

But there shouldn't be anything in Torsion that will re-check once registered.

#55 Hi. Looks like I found where I need to be. (crosses fingers) I have a new PC. (SO much better than my last one.) But, the Torsion key doesn't seem to work anymore. I haven't installed it since early 2007 if that helps.

Is this the preferred way of handling this issue, or should I be sending an email or using the bug submission form?

#59 It seems my key has broke again, this time adding spaces don't work. :(

#60 Again, there's just weirdness there since it shouldn't re-check. The version running on my old laptop never had rechecked. Weird.

Oh, and I added a new key.
