Can't activate Torsion

I recently re-installed my system, and I wanna re-install Torsion
I used the key I had before (should I put it here?) but it doesn't activate.. I know I registered the product before

You should be able to use the new key in your account to register Torsion just fine now!

Out of curiosity, how did you submit the ticket? I don't think I heard anything from you on this and I've gotten a ton of tickets.

I'm having the same problem. It seems like a lot of people who purchased Torsion a long time ago are having this issue. I think I need a new key??? Also, the old support system seems to be missing from the GG site, so the forums seems to be the only way to get support anymore.

Yup. There were some problems with the registration server. I just issued you a new key.

You should have two keys on your account page. The old key and the new one. I did not remove the old one to ensure that our purchasing system accurately tracks original purchases.

I'm also have a problem with my key. Went to launch Torsion, it told me that my trial was up (this was a registered version) and the old key doesn't work.

I granted you a new license key to your profile. Use the one dated "3/29/2009." I left the old key in your account to see if we can track down the problem. Cheers!
