TGEA 1.8 BUG:AssertFatal on client connecting a dedicated server

I have setup a dedicated server and connect with client using precompiled Stronghold gamexample from TGEA1.8, but when i recompile the project i get a AssertFatal from client.
Anyone can can check if it's a bug?
Decrementing a reference with refcount 0!
