Key no longer valid

So I purchased a registered copy of Torsion last year, which for some reason decided today that it is no longer registered and is asking for the registration key again. Problem is, it's saying my registration key is not valid. Any reason why this might have suddenly happened, and why the key is no longer valid?

Hello I purchased marbleblast gold last year and now my computer died and had to reinstall all my software. It seems I can't run this program using the key given. Any suggestions??

Well, it appears as of tonight I need a new key as well. Moved to a new workstation a few months back and Torison registration is not liking my old key.

I am experiencing this issue (long time torsion user) not sure what caused it. I uninstalled, downloaded latest version and then applied the key provided in my Account (products) with no success.

Strange case here - Torsion suddenly began asking for the key on Friday, after it had been installed for months/years on this computer. The keys I have don't work (either the commercial or indie ones).

Hi, I hate to be a pain but, my key is no longer working for torsion also. I've been working around it for the last couple of weeks, but jumping offline is getting to be a pain.Thanks guys!

Hi, I'm having the same problem with the key. I'm trying to run Torsion in WinXP running on VirtualBox (the virtualbox has internet connection). Do I need a new key? Or I have to check something else? Thanks!!

I've added a new key to your account, but I can't guarantee successful registration in a convoluted network pass-through environment. If the new key does not work, do some testing on your network traffic that is passing through to make sure everything is getting to the right place in the right order.
