Key no longer valid

So I purchased a registered copy of Torsion last year, which for some reason decided today that it is no longer registered and is asking for the registration key again. Problem is, it's saying my registration key is not valid. Any reason why this might have suddenly happened, and why the key is no longer valid?

Sorry to revive an old thread but I now seem to have come across this problem as well. It reports my key as invalid on a new install with the latest version.

and again I'm getting Internal server error.
Am I allowed to install more than once ?
I use several machines to develop on, including virtual ones, would be
a real PITA if I can only have torsion install on one.
Or is this a problem with the ignition key system at GG ?

hmm..I just tried to install torsion again (in a vmware virtual machine)and again I'm getting Internal server error.

You should be able to install on three machines with the same key. Make sure the VM is allowing network traffic. I had that problem with VirtualBox. Ah, options I hadn't checked.

Is there any way we could have a more sustainable solution for this problem? Perhaps a program you paste your old key into and it gives you a new one in exchange? I'm just worried in 2 or 3 years we won't be able to get support for the software we purchased.Thanks!

I just added a new key to your account.

If that happened, then the ignition server would be offline to check against and generate new keys.

I had to reinstall Bridge construction set and the key in my account is not working. Says it is invalid. I would appreciate a little assistance.

Thank you for updating the key for me and I am so glad you remember the WanPing City gate. ;D I will post more screenshots when there are updats.
