Key no longer valid

So I purchased a registered copy of Torsion last year, which for some reason decided today that it is no longer registered and is asking for the registration key again. Problem is, it's saying my registration key is not valid. Any reason why this might have suddenly happened, and why the key is no longer valid?

[b]Moderator Note - I've stickied this thread so it is always at the top. Please post here or e-mail support@garagegames.com if you encounter this problem. You must have a previously valid Torsion key in order to get a new key to fix the issue.

We had a problem with our ignition system that caused this error, but it has been fixed, so you should be able to enter your key and re-register Torsion.

However, this error has only turned up for older versions of Torsion. You may want to update Torsion now to the newest version by downloading it on your My Account page and re-installing it on your computer. Torsion has seen a few free updates which will fix some other issues as well, so it might save time in the long run.

Certainly, but I do have the latest version. Just to be sure, I re-downloaded and reinstalled, but still it will not accept my registration code.

Having the same promblem here. Torsion just decided that my trial period was ended and won't accept the registration key...

I am experiencing this issue, it's brand new tonight. Torsion was working great earlier today.

That's strange. It should only affect new installations. I have added a new key to your account. Make sure to check the date for the newest one.

My key is suddenly invalid. Torsion was working fine an hour or two ago and it's now saying my trial has expired and asking for a key...
