Yes, our ignition servers are currently down. You can try to use the Offline Registration Page.

Is there a way to get the code from an expired Torsion? There is no way to get the code from it. It only asks buy or give the code, no option as stated in the ORP section. Got any ideas how I might get the code to complete the process without knowing the code? Thanks

>Run the product, on the registration dialog you should see a >Registration ID which looks similar to an Ignition key except that is >composed of three groups of alpha-numeric characters such as: >ZDPY-YYRC-Y9BP

Nope nothing like this shows up on mine... not even at the opening screen of Torsion... do you have one that will generate a code on the computer like Windows Validation does and let us enter that into the box? Please let me know if one exists thx

Torsion doesn't have an offline registration option as it either didn't exist or was undocumented when i sent out the last Torsion update.

This is the first time i've heard of it and seen that offline registration page.

So until the Ignition servers are back up you cannot register.

Talking with the GG guys and doing some tests here in the office it seems like the Ignition servers are back up and running.

If your having any further problems registering Torsion let us know ASAP.

Khantin, i'm not seeing any products in your account. Did you attempt to purchase Torsion?
