registration key not working

Today I tried opening constructor, after almost a week of not doing so. First try it gave me a weird error message, I don't remeber what it said. Second time it asked for my registration key. I entered it in and it didn't work. Tried reinstalling, still doesn't work, help.
Edit: Forgot, Mac Os X PPC version 10.4.11. Constructor version 1.04

Our ignition servers are currently not up. You should be able to use the Offline Registration Page to register it, though.

I can't find the Registration key, It's not on the registration screen of constructor, and I don't know where else to look.

@Quanah. Look in your profile. It will be with the products you have purchased. Just look down the list and find constructor. You'll see the key to the right of it.

I believe that that is the ignition key, both are needed, if I'm mistaken and that is the registration key, then I need to know where to find the ignition key.
