Blend animation problems

I am working with a team on a mod of a TGEA fps for my senior project here in Devry Long Beach. We have figured out how to make our own animations but are having trouble with the blend animations. We are using 3DS Max 2008 with the Torque exporter and Exporter Pro. We are exporting the animations as a whole in the DTS and naming them according to the animation names the Orc has. We cannot get it to export when we have blend animations. We know that all that should be checked should be the blend sequences check box. But we are unsure of what to use for frame rate or use n frames. Our test blend animation is 30 frames long and starts at frame 340. We have been using the wave editor to designate the start, stop and blend. Can any one enlighten me on exporting blend animations properly with the tools we use?
