L3DT access problem, asking help from torque

Hi, we purchased the TGEA long time ago, currently I found that The password For L3DT cannot be used, popup warning window says that: Cannot connect to GarageGames server(server error). Please contact aaron@bundysoft.com for support.

Can anybody explain to me how was this happended? TIA!

Our ignition server has been down. I believe it is working now.

Trying to activate version 2.8 and I am getting this error.
