I've been looking at the Combat Starter Kit, and I was wondering if there's any demo I can look at?

Do you mean other than what's already in the example folder?

I think BrokeAss Games are working on something called Ruin Online using the CSK.

The product page has... had a video demo whose video cannot be seen now.
Try Dream Game's website, to see it, and this blog had a playable demo back when the CSK was called Battlefield Torque. There were never any servers up for it back then so I doubt there will be now, but you should be able to check it out at least.
