Creating New Times

Does anyone know how to add a new time to beat? (Like PhilsEmpire create the 'Ultimate Time'.) I know how to EDIT times, but I have no idea how to make them! Can someone PLEASE help me!

Not worth the effort unless you are creating a full-fledged mod. Requires modifying GUI files, CS script files, mission files, etc.

Well, you wouldn't be able to unless you very nicely asked GarageGames for the original gui files and they gave them to you
