Looking for TGB Programmers and 2D artists

Hi,
I am part of a small start up company called Poco Apps. Our main focus is around developing software applications and games for smart phones such as the Iphone and the android platform.
I will be creating a series of games ( and games with series) for the iphone and would like to find some quality artists and programmers for these games.
