Any info would be great as this is some major downtime.

May I suggest not using a Setup Archive and instead using a standard .rar or .zip compression format as they will work just as well, and I would feel better knowing that it's not installing anything I don't want.

Believe it or not we are still working on bug fixes and additional resources. Since it is only muyself supporting this project and I haven't had much time GG pulled the Kit until we can properly support it.
But if you are interested I put up a demo of Rumors Of War that was created with the Combat Kit and a bunch of extras. You can get it at:
