Pivot Problems

I used the Transform Pivot tool on my brushes to set them at world origin, but the pivot will not save when I close the file and re-open it at a later time.
Is this normal?
If it is normal, is there a way to set a groups pivot that will save. I am trying to set it so it comes into TGEA at the same spot in constructor so snapping objects together is much easier within the game engine.
