Question about texture orientation (image inside)

Ok, take a look at the picture.... I'm trying to figure out why that texture wraps vertically and not horizontally....

How do I control the way textures wrap on a brush?

Any info would be great!

As always, thanks in advance!

The image is too small to see any detail. But, the default orientation of the textures is an assumption made by Constructor that is based on the orientation of the brush. Unless I'm mistaken, there's no way to effect the default orientation upon application of a texture. You'll have to hand-align them with the texture tool.

Click on the image to make it bigger =) Texture tool? Where's that?

Syn, you are in brush mode (bottom left) go into faces mode (select face/s of your model) and type in the Rotation angle -default is 0

Good luck on constructing!

Great deal! Thanks a lot Peter and Brian. I really thought I had to completely re-create the brush and you guys saved me some work =)

You fixed my issue, thanks!

@Syn,
Hehe I've been here for what? Over 4 years now? And I had no idea the forums supported thumbnail links... /kittenpunch

Glad your problem is resolved.

You're welcome, maybe someday you save someone else from an acute ulcer ;-)
