I am looking for someone to work with me to create some basic games to promote my organization (professional gaming team)
The job is paid and will be negotiated with the applicant. I am interested in a series of projects and every job is paid. You will be given a small trial project to be completed and reviewed by our team. If we like what we see we will gladly work with you on bigger projects.

Will our team be required to develop the project or is this something where we design and then hand over to you.

2) One person should be enough to do this, the projects are fairly small.
3) Games would be a side scrolling style but I am open to other ideas. Trial projects will be paid.

It souds like the least he is searching for is a game designer, but rather someone who is a programmer and an artist, correct me if I'm wrong

1) What is your organization's name? Link? Details?
2) Are you looking for a game to be completed by one person alone? If so you better be looking at small projects and good luck finding one of the coder / artist wizards.
3) What types of games. What's the time lines? Are you paying for the designer for the trial project as well? [If not your are probably barking up the wrong tree.]
