Constructor Problems (Bugs?)

I am having several problems with Torque Constructor 1.0.51. Below is a list of my problems.
1. In order to click a tab or a button of any kind, I have to have the mouse cursor almost a centimeter below that tab or button.
2. Once an object is placed, it cannot be extended, shortened or scaled by modifying the object itself. (Having this fixed makes things a lot easier for me)
3. Constructor doesn't use the plugins for the objects such as Torus, Ziggurat, Obelisk etc, for example, when I click Ziggurat or any other object from the plugin other than Torus, and I try to make that object I selected, it doesn't work, instead it ALWAYS creates the Torus object.
Are there any patches or ways to fix these fustrating problems?

ps. I have determined that I hate SVN. Perhaps I am just spoiled from using TFS.

Oh, and as a final note - I've finally checked in all the constructor code changes into SVN. I need to do a pull and full rebuild to make sure I got everything (and I'll probably tidy up a few things, like the plugin issue above), but then perhaps we can get a real full build of Constructor, so people won't have to update. ps. Quote:1. I'm assuming that you are using vista and have an ATI. Change the properties on the application to turn off aero, and then everything will work fine. That must be only a Vista + ATI problem because if I disable Aero (Vista + nVidia), Winblows get's worse.

At one time it was the other way around and I had to use the menu to use the plugins.

You've done a kick-arse job on keeping Constructor tweaked and fixed -- but a lot of people do seem to miss the update patch available on TDN.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I am using Vista and have an ATI. But how do I turn off Aero? Which properties do I change? The Constructor's? Or the computer's system? Or something else. I've been searching around and can't find an option to turn off Aero in any of the properties on my computer. As for 2. and 3. Thanks now they work fine.

2. Select the object. Click on the "modify" tab. Click on the "Size Bounds" tool. Now You can modify the object just like when you were creating it.
3. They don't work when pulled from the menu (it always uses the first created one). They will however work when you select the button from the "User" tab.
