Question about Warehouse District TGEA textures

I wasn't to sure where to post this....
I've just downloaded the TGEA textures for the warehouse pack and have discovered the following texture suffixes
NRM: Normal (Bump) Map
SPEC: Specular Map
OCC: ????
Can anyone tell me what the OCC map is?

Thanks for answering this for Chris...I nearly missed the post.
@Chris,
If you have any more questions you can either post a bug report from the product page (It doesn't matter if it's a bug or not...all of the questions go directly to my email) or you can write me direct at alanjamesATcharterDOTnet.
I've not done a whole lot with the included ambient occlusion maps, just included them in case someone could and because CrazyBump kicks them out with the others.
