Legs jerking when loading in game

Hi all,
We are trying to do export an animation which includes character animation.we have created a .dts file as static pose ........and for the animation we use the same pose (as in .dts file)for the first frame.and animated the character and export it as .dsq file.But the problem is when we are playing the animation some jerking is comming in the animation........
I tried several times to solve this problem....so that i unkeyed the animation for the hip control in maya and found that it is working fine in showtool....But we need to animate that control for our current animation.so anyone please guide me how to solve the current problem.....hoping to hear from you.....
