Physics & Swinging - Implementation

Hey Everyone.

I'm going to start implementing swinging motion in my game while using the TorqueX3D physics engine. Basically, I have a player that needs to 'grapple' to a stationary object and swing from one place to another like a pendulum while being able to stop, start, change direction, change speed, and use momentum when detached. I've done research on the internet to prevent reinventing the wheel, but I would like to see an example using TorqueX 3D physics if I can.

Has anyone already done this and is willing to share the wealth? If not, I'll just make my own, but I figured there was no harm in asking if it saves me hours :).
