Stuff Missing Making A Complete New level

I have made a new level inside the starter.combat and when I goto put on a sniper scope it zooms in but yet there is no targeting recticle. Did I miss something ?

The scope stuff shouldn't be dependent on the misson. Those are attached in the specific weapon .cs file. Its like scope1 scope2 or 3 etc.

I see what went wrong, I didnt pack all my files over to my published folder
