XS Mod Tool bundled with TX PRo?

Hi,
over there at creators club, I saw in a tread i nthe mod tool forum the following:
"There was actually clarification in a thread not too long ago, but I can't find a link. Basically they are working with GarageGames on a TorqueX Pro. TorqueX Pro will ship with a version of the XSI Mod Tool that allows for commercial games (e.g. Xbox LIVE Community Games). When I asked what that meant for the standard Mod Tool, they said it would remain non-commercial. So unless you purchase TorqueX Pro, you cannot use the Mod Tool for creating 3D models for games on XBLCG."
see http://forums.xna.com/forums/t/19186.aspx
I also remember to saw an announcement on gamedev.net, however I can't find it anymore. So does this mean that customer of TX Pro Indie can actually use the Mod Tool commercially? IS this only true if the created art is used in a TorqueX game or does the licence allow to just use the assets commercially as long as one has a TX Pro licence? Will the XSI runtime be updated to run with XNA 3.0?
If all this is true, when will be EULA of Mod Tool be adjusted? Or did everythign change with the fact that Autodesk bought SI?
I would really appreciate if someone from GG could make a statement regarding this matter.

Thanks David for the quick answer. Personally I am not so sure that Autodesk would do a move like Sidefx with apprentice HD and the DTS exporter. So I guess at least for now I am going to explore other options.

Sidefx is private, so hopefully they don't get bought so easily. Besides, Newtek is also still not autodesk, Z-Brush also not....but for how long?

Microsoft sold Softimage to Avid in the first place.
I don't think Autodesk harbors any plans towards Newtek. quite honestly it is the Video Toaster that keeps them alive not Lightwave 3D. Besides Lightwave is an even smaller market segment. I think that for now we are gonna see the mergers falloff. To be honest the only ones out there left they would like to get a hold of would be Houdini and prolly Modo but I think everyone else is safe for now. Zbrush is not in the Autodesk crosshairs. Mudbox2009 is far superior of a sculpting and painting tool.
I have talked to a number of people at Softimage and everyone I have talked to says that they are quite happy about it. They say they are looking forward to being part of a company who's focus is 3D.
Honestlly I think the biggest threat to Autodesk in the long run is Blender they can't buy them and it is growing faster than any other program.
I think the biggest thing holding them back is their snobish attitude that the blender is the fast and most intuative and that everyone should just learn that. But that should come to and end when 2.5 comes out. I hope.
that and the fact that they refuse to make a windows 64bit version.
