A License Question

"Those of you that went the pre-order route have got an extra title license with the iTGB SDK which should be available visiting your My Account page now."

So I went the pre-order route and so I should have an extra license. I guess my real question is how is that handled? I only have these on My Account Page.

ITGB Indie License (info) - Download - No Key Required - 86453

Torque Game Builder Pro - INDIE License (info) - Download - No Key Required - 86453

I haven't dealt with a "per title license" before, so forgive me for my newb grasp on the matter. I downloaded the iTGB once already btw.
