It's probably a good idea to do so when asking people to work with you. Are you new to the gaming industry?

Just keep practicing techniques and crunching out artwork. Try to study the techniques and practices used and displayed on the game artist forums, gameartisans.org and polycount. Post your work on the communities and get critism and improve.
One final suggestion, just remove the site you have at present in order avoid potential employers getting pulled into the ruck of being swayed by first impressions. You have a good solid base of knowledge the only avenue open to you is to progress.
Hope this helps!!!!!!!!!

Judging from what you have posted on this forum, I would say that the quality of work is a bit basic and you need a bit more practice. I am just trying to be constructive so don't take it to heart.Just keep practicing techniques and crunching out artwork.
