Experienced Torque people for USA office

Edit: Hi ..
We're looking for experienced Torque people, mainly TGEA for an office in the USA. Now the question is where do we set this office up? Specialties should include programming, 3D modelling, animation and texturing. You'll need a few good years of Torque experience behind you.
Ideally we'd need enough people within commutable distance of each other to the office or you don't mind relocating for a while to make this happen :)
In any case, send your cv over to julesr(at) gmail.com with your location and suggested location for the office.
Thanks.
J

Boston is a superb place to set up a game development studio, if you can afford it. There are some nice lots, decent incentives, and is just an awesome place to live (speaking from experience).

and PS. I'm not looking to outsource total projects to other studios at this moment in time, so please don't send me intro emails. I'm more interested in the creation jobs for people and mould a great team. Thanks :)

I'd interested in finding out how many experienced Torque developers there are in Boston looking for jobs. It will be far easier to recruit people who know the Torque products than to just hire c++ game devs or bog standard 3D Studio max modellers and then spend time training them up on how to rig a character for Torque etc. My next task is to find out how many experienced Torque people in London, if there are none, then it will make sense to setup where there are people and send over the standard devs for training to learn :)and PS. I'm curious why you wouldn't just create a virtual office? You're obviously indie or you wouldn't be recruiting here, and virtual offices this day and age are actually quite simply and cost effective to set up.

Yes, Indie at the moment - but this will change all being well. As an Indie I already use remote people to do the work required, and will continue to use them in the future as they have been good. There are various reasons why having an office in the UK and USA are beneficial to me, one being that we can communicate more effectively and be client facing.
