Hi there
I thought about this for some time now and I think is time to take matters into our own hands. Following my previous plan / pack release I decided to take the Constructor documentation one step further. The nicest thing that can happen is a complete guide to Constructor book and a fully documented TDN Constructor section. A big plan but if we don't try, well..
All you need to do is list here every issue you might have with Constructor and / or ways you bypassed known bugs and successfully exported your Interiors.
So please keep this as simple as possible and do not deviate to other topics.
The least we can achieve is share information and be aware of what Constructor can do for our projects, limits and a few tricks here and there.
I will keep an eye on this forum and gather / organize all the data.

The textures for the hanger starting on page 43 and the decal textures used are from Half-Life 2.
I'm not trying to be an ass about it, and certainly have done my share of "testing" with the gorgeous Valve textures, but it's something someone probably wants to fix especially if the document is intended to become anything official or public.
PS
If the textures shown in www.garagegames.com/community/blogs/view/15388 are the ones used in the pack (like the brick wall, the hanger textures, the trash decal on the floor) then it has HL2 textures in it.

www.garagegames.com/community/blogs/view/15771 also has ripped textures.
This is a stinkin' liability for anyone who uses these in a game. My advice would be to run, not walk and remove any textures he sells or gives away until you know for sure where they came from.
If anyone wants me to spell it out with comparison screenshots I can do so. They are so obviously rips when you look at them side by side, or if you've spent a lot of time working with Source modding like I have.

Jesus Christ guys, does Apparatus understand the idea of texture ownership at all?? I'm looking at pictures of his Metals Library (www.garagegames.com/community/blogs/view/15780) and it too has Half-Life 2 textures in it. And he's selling it?www.garagegames.com/community/blogs/view/15771 also has ripped textures.

@Tim - If you're going to make accusations like this, then you must substantiate your claim for us to take you seriously. From what I see, the texture that you are talking about is a piece of corrugated metal. Now, there's only so many ways a piece of corrugated metal can look - if it's the exact same, then please show us a comparison, but I'm inclined to give him the benefit of a doubt - especially after he as referenced the source textures as coming from cgtextures.com: cgtextures.com/texview2.php?id=7835&PHPSESSID=2d1645989907d82b1fda500cb51796...
For the bricks, this one looks like the source to me, but I'm still interested in seeing your comparison:

Where is the source art for the pack. I have asked Apparatus for it before but there was no response. Is the pack available for download somewhere?

@Tim - Your data is very convincing, thank you for posting this. The only thing I can say is that neither of these packs are distributed anymore - Apparatus has pulled both, and no longer sells the metals pack, perhaps for this very reason. I'm not sure the sequence of events, but I am fairly certain nothing more nefarious than a lack of due diligence is at fault. Still, this is a good reminder that we should all be very careful of any assets that we download.

Okay now that, that is all cleared up... Is it possible that somewhere between the original map files and importing it into constructor the normals on some of the brushes are getting inverted or corrupted? The same pieces are always etting screwed up and sometimes its all eight and other times its four or less. Also the intersection piece still drops the texture when I save it and place it in my prefabs folder, the other pieces I've been working with are fine...any thoughts?
