What's the word on Vista?

Is there any official information about how Torque works with Vista? Should it work by default? I have tried my gam on two Vista computers. Both times, the game crashes on startup with a 'torqueDemo.exe has stopped working' message. Is this Torque, or something I've changed? (I've added the MK, which might have something to di with it...)

Vista isn't the best place to use torque with. Wait until WIndows 7 comes out in the near future, otherwise I suggest to just use XP.

I'm using Vista 64 bit with TGB and its doing fine. Only issue so far is you want to run with "disable desktop composition" or the menu bar position is messed up. Not that you are using TGB.

What are the video cards (and version of drivers?)

You should be fine on Vista as long as you have the most current manufacturer drivers. You can also disable Aero since it often kills performance on some GL apps. What are the video cards (and version of drivers?)

I've been running on TGE on Vista Home for some time now without any problems at all.
