Blood particle pack / lightning effects Ideas

I have a great idea for another particle pack the first one would be a blood pack similar to Gears of War video that would shot out of the character and fall on the screen, maybe even a sweat/Rain similar to Heavy Rain video

Maybe a lightning effects particle pack similar to Star Wars: Force Unleashed or Infamous video

I'm not sure if blood spatter effects would add up to a whole separate content pack, but the effects shown in the Gears of War video fall into the category of "full-screen effects". This is an area I've considered exploring but haven't gone beyond just scratching the surface. A series of full-screen effects, including blood spatter, might make sense as a content pack, possibly just for TGEA.

If you did a Blood pack maybe you could add in effect like water/ spit/ rain/sweat kind of like Crysis Click Here
